the event taking place:

2. Parking:
Self Parking is
Available for $6.00 per car in the parking garage
across the street
at the
International Conference and Exposition Center
(Olive Street) or you can
valet at the
hotel for $12 per car. Take the elevator to the
third floor. You can
take the DART
Train to Downtown and exit the Pearl Street Station,
the hotel is
just a
few blocks away. Note: The event is not
in the hotel itself, it's in the
adjacent
conference center.

2. What
Ballroom is the Event In:
The event is
taking place in the San Antonio Ballroom on the
third floor of the International
Conference and
Exposition Center across the street from the Adams
Mark Hotel. When
arriving at the
hotel, if getting to the vent via the hotel, take
the second floor walkway
to the
conference center and use the escalator to the third
floor. When getting off the
escalator, you
will see the registration tables.
3. What is
the dress, is it black tie?
This is not a
black tie event, dress is business casual. For men,
coat and tie, for
women, business
suit or dress.
4. When is
registration, what time do should I arrive?
We are
asking everyone who will be attending the VIP
reception with Gov. Steele
to arrive
at 5:45. For those attending just the dinner,
please arrive at 6:30.
5. Will
there be a silent auction?
There will
be a small presidential memorabilia silent
auction before the event,
with a set
minimum bid reserve price to win the item.
Cash, Check, Discover,
Visa,
Master Card, and American Express will be
accepted.
6. Will I be
able to ask Gov. Steele a question?
At check
in, you will be given a note card to write a
question for Governor Steele,
